Noli Studios – new living concept

Our company was signed to the project at an early stage to give a hand in developing this totally new Noli Studios living concept with the property developer Nrep. The idea was to offer comforts of home with the amenities of a hotel and a strong feel of community with plenty of different types of common areas and activities.

Katajanokka premises was the first to open in October in 2019 and the second post in Sörnäinen one month later.

The concept stays but the looks vary. In Sörnäinen the look and the spirit of the hotel is inspired by the 1960’s due to the original looks of the famous Kansa-talo where the hotel is located.

Thanks to the great concept the utilization rate of the Noli Studios was even during the pandemic 60 % compared to the 5% of the restof the hotels which were open during those times.
